When you buy from us, you are not buying from a large corporation. It is just me, Carly, who is taking your order, your questions, and making your items. My husband, James, helps with technical support, takes packages into the shipping companies, and occasionally will pack a box or two. Our kids are always wanting to help and will be part of the team before we know it!
