We ship items 1 to 2 weeks before the event date to ensure freshness. If you order 3 or more weeks before your event, we will not ship it until it is time for it to be shipped for freshness.
How long does it stay fresh?
It should stay good for a month IF stored inside where it is cool, outside of direct sunligh
My order came in an outer bag, should I take it out?
Do not take it out until you are ready to use it, it is to make double sure that it stays fresh for your event!
Can I order far in advance of my event date?
Absolutely, we will not ship it until it time for your event to ensure freshness, but you are more than welcome to order in advance.
Can I place a rush order? Will it get there in time?
Yes, there will be additional fees for shipping and rushing production but we will do everything we can do get your order on time!
Is there a discount for large orders?
Yes there is and these discount are built into our website so as you order more, the more discounts you will get!
